1.1 This Risk Disclosure describes the nature and limits of the services provided by Funded Ltd, trading as “LikeFunded” (“we”, “us”), and the principal risks you should consider before paying a fee for any evaluation or simulated funded program (each a “Program”). It does not describe every possible risk.
2.1 All accounts provided under our services, at every stage and regardless of naming (including accounts described as “funded”), are demo accounts operating exclusively with virtual funds in a simulated trading environment. You never deposit trading capital with us, no order you place is executed in any real market on your behalf, and you never acquire, hold or dispose of any financial instrument through our services.
2.2 Virtual balances shown in your account have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn. Any payment you may receive from us (a “Reward”) is a contractual payment from our own funds, calculated by reference to your simulated performance in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and published rules — it is not a return on an investment and not proceeds of real trading by you.
3.1 We are not a broker-dealer, investment firm, portfolio manager, financial adviser, exchange or custodian. We are not licensed or supervised by the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority, the Central Bank of the UAE, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, or any other financial regulator, and no such authority has reviewed or approved our Programs. Regulatory protections that apply to clients of licensed investment firms — such as client money segregation, investor compensation schemes or financial ombudsman services — do not apply to our services.
3.2 Nothing on our website, platforms, social channels or communications is investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Educational content and market data are general information only. If you are considering trading with real money anywhere, you should first seek advice from a licensed professional.
4.1 The fee you pay is a service fee for access to a Program; it is not a deposit and, outside the refund rights described in our Refund Policy, it is non-refundable. You should assume that you may lose the entire fee. Program objectives (profit targets and drawdown limits) are demanding, and many participants do not meet them.
4.2 Nothing we publish is a promise or prediction of success. We make no representation that you will pass any evaluation, receive any simulated funded account, earn any Reward, or achieve any level of income. Purchases should be made only with money you can afford to spend on a skills-evaluation service.
4.3 Rewards are conditional on full compliance with our Terms and rules, completion of identity verification, and our review of the relevant trading. Breaches — including prohibited trading practices — can result in failed accounts and loss of Rewards.
5.1 Simulated and hypothetical performance results have inherent limitations. They are produced in an environment that does not involve real capital or real market execution, and so do not reflect the impact of factors present in live markets — including actual liquidity, order-book depth, slippage, requotes, partial fills, latency, counterparty behaviour and, importantly, the psychological pressure of risking real money.
5.2 Results achieved in our simulation — whether yours or those of other participants shown on payout walls, leaderboards or social media — are not indicative of results that would have been achieved in live trading, and are not indicative of future results in either a simulated or a live environment. No representation is being made that any account will achieve profits or losses similar to any results displayed.
6.1 Prices, spreads, commissions, swap charges, execution logic and available instruments in our environment are simulated and may differ, at any time and without notice, from those available from any real broker or venue. Data feeds may occasionally contain errors, gaps or delays. Simulated conditions must not be relied upon for any real-world trading decision.
7.1 Our Programs simulate trading in leveraged over-the-counter instruments referencing foreign exchange, metals, indices and equities. In real markets, such products are complex and carry a high risk of rapid loss; leverage magnifies both gains and losses, prices can gap through stop levels, and retail traders frequently lose money. Although you bear no market losses in our simulation beyond your fee, you should understand these risks before ever trading real money, and should never trade real funds that you cannot afford to lose.
8.1 The services depend on software, servers, data feeds and internet connectivity, including third-party platforms such as MetaTrader 5. Outages, errors, maintenance and connectivity failures can occur and may affect your access or simulated results. We may recalculate or adjust simulated results affected by manifest platform or data errors, as described in our Terms.
9.1 Any Rewards you receive may be taxable in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining, reporting and paying any taxes or contributions due, and we recommend obtaining independent tax advice.
10.1 Our services are not directed at, and may not be used from, sanctioned or restricted jurisdictions, and are not intended for any person in a jurisdiction where their use would be contrary to local law. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation is lawful where you live.
11.1 By purchasing a Program or using the services you acknowledge that: all trading is simulated; your fee is at risk and success is not guaranteed; we provide no investment services or advice and are not regulated as a financial institution; simulated results are not indicative of real or future results; and you make your own independent decision to participate.
