Refund Policy

01Overview

1.1 This Refund Policy applies to fees paid for programs and services offered by Funded Ltd, trading as “LikeFunded” (“we”, “us”), through www.likefunded.com. Payments may be collected by our affiliate CyprusCo Ltd (Cyprus) as billing entity. This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions; capitalised terms have the meanings given there.

1.2 Fees are one-time charges for access to a skills-evaluation service delivered in a simulated trading environment. They are not deposits or investments. Except as set out in this Policy or required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable.

02The 30-Day No-Trade Refund

2.1 You are entitled to a full refund of the fee paid for a Program if both of the following conditions are met:

• your refund request is received by us within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of purchase; and
• no trade has been executed and no order has been placed — including any pending, limit or stop order — on any account issued under that Program.

2.2 The moment any trade or order is placed on the account, the service is deemed used and the fee becomes non-refundable, even within the 30-day period. After the 30-day period expires, the fee is non-refundable even if the account was never used.

2.3 The refund amount is the amount you actually paid at checkout for the relevant Program (i.e. net of any discount or promotional code). Each Program purchase is assessed separately.

03How to Request a Refund

3.1 Email support@likefunded.com from the email address registered to your customer account, stating your order reference and the Program concerned. We may ask you to verify your identity and will check the account’s trading records before approving the request.

3.2 We aim to review refund requests promptly. If approved, the relevant account and its credentials are cancelled and cannot be reinstated.

04Refund Method and Timing

4.1 Approved refunds are made to the original payment method only, normally within fourteen (14) business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds, and currency conversion differences or third-party charges are outside our control.

4.2 Cryptocurrency payments are refundable on the same conditions. Refunds of crypto payments are made in the same cryptocurrency, in an amount equal to the fiat price paid at checkout, converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the refund is processed; blockchain network fees may be deducted. You are responsible for providing a valid wallet address; we are not responsible for transfers sent to an address you supplied incorrectly.

05When Fees Are Not Refundable

5.1 Without limiting Section 2, no refund is available in the following cases:

• any trade or order (including a pending order) has been placed on the account, regardless of outcome;
• more than 30 calendar days have passed since purchase;
• the account was failed, suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms and Conditions or the trading rules, including prohibited trading practices;
• an evaluation was not passed, or a simulated funded account was lost, under the normal operation of the program objectives;
• the account was obtained free of charge or as a promotion, giveaway, competition prize or creator benefit;
• the request concerns a difference between the price you paid and a later discount or promotion; or
• the purchase was made in breach of our Terms (for example, from a restricted jurisdiction or using a false identity), in which case any refund is at our discretion and subject to applicable law.

5.2 Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

06Fee Refund with Your First Payout (Separate Benefit)

6.1 Where a Program is advertised as “fee refunded with your first payout”, the fee you paid is added to your first approved Reward payout on the relevant simulated funded account. That benefit is part of the Reward structure under the Terms and Conditions, is subject to the same conditions as Rewards (including identity verification and rule compliance), and is separate from, and does not extend, the 30-day refund right described in this Policy.

07EU/EEA and UK Consumers

7.1 If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases of digital services. By purchasing, you request immediate performance (issuance of your account and access to the simulated environment) and acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed — in particular once you begin trading on the account — the statutory withdrawal right is lost to the extent permitted by law. Our 30-day no-trade refund in Section 2 is more generous than, and operates in addition to, any statutory minimum; where mandatory law grants you greater rights, those rights prevail.

08Chargebacks

8.1 If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at support@likefunded.com — most issues are resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first seeking resolution with us, where the charge was authorised and the service delivered, is a material breach of the Terms and Conditions. In that case we may suspend or terminate your accounts, cancel pending Rewards, exclude you from future services, contest the chargeback with the records we hold (including account, KYC and trading logs), and recover reasonable costs where permitted by law.

09Changes to this Policy

9.1 We may update this Policy from time to time; the current version, with its “Last Updated” date, will be published on the Website. Changes apply to purchases made after the effective date. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
