7.1 We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy: account and simulated trading records for the life of your account and a reasonable period thereafter; KYC, AML, sanctions and transaction records for at least five (5) years after the end of our relationship or the transaction, as required by applicable AML laws; payment records as required by tax and accounting law; and correspondence and complaint records for as long as needed to handle and evidence the matter. We then delete or irreversibly anonymise the data. Where deletion is requested earlier, we honour it except where retention is legally required or needed for legal claims.

9.2 EEA/UK: you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority; for processing by CyprusCo Ltd, the lead authority is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus. UAE: you have the rights provided by the PDPL, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, and may complain to the UAE Data Office. United States: depending on your state, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of “sale”, “sharing” or targeted advertising; you may exercise these via privacy@likefunded.com or the cookie settings, and you will not be discriminated against for doing so. Where your request is denied, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will explain the outcome.
10.1 The services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has provided us personal data, contact privacy@likefunded.com and we will delete it.
