The deal, clause by clause.

PLAIN ENGLISH · 30 SECONDS
You pay a one-time fee for a simulated evaluation. Every account — including "funded" ones — is a demo account with virtual funds; no real money is deposited or traded. Trade by the rules and Rewards are paid from our own funds, pegged to your simulated profit.

1.1The service. LikeFunded is operated by Funded Ltd (Abu Dhabi, UAE); payments may be collected by its affiliate CyprusCo Ltd (Cyprus), whose name can appear on your card statement. All accounts are demo accounts with virtual funds — we are not a broker and provide no investment services.

1.2Eligibility. You must be 18+ and located in a jurisdiction where use of the service is lawful. One identity per trader; accounts are personal and non-transferable.

1.3The rules. The rules published at /rules and program parameters published at the time of your purchase form part of your agreement. If the Terms and the rules conflict, the Terms prevail unless the rules expressly say otherwise.

1.4Rewards. Rewards are contractual payments from our own funds — 90% of net simulated profit at your payout request, conditional on rule compliance and completed identity verification. Every one is logged on the public wall.

1.5Breaches. Rule breaches end the account. Every breach decision states the exact rule, the timestamp and the trade — and can be disputed per the fair-play policy.

1.6Termination & law. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively, with the reason in writing. These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Your data, not our product.

WHAT WE COLLECT

Account and profile details, KYC data (ID documents, selfie/liveness, proof of address), payment and payout data, simulated trading activity, support conversations, and device/usage data.

WHAT WE DO WITH IT

Run your account and platforms, process payments and payouts, meet KYC/AML and sanctions obligations, prevent fraud and multi-accounting, and answer support. Marketing only with opt-out.

WHAT WE NEVER DO

Sell your personal data for money. Share KYC beyond verification, screening and payment providers — or authorities where the law requires. Publish anything identifying without your consent.

YOUR CONTROLS

Access, correct, export or delete your data — email privacy@likefunded.com. KYC and payment records are kept as long as the law requires.

Money back, three ways.

BEFORE YOU TRADE

30-day no-trade refund

Full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase if no trade and no order — even a pending one — was ever placed. Email support@likefunded.com from your registered address; refunds go to the original payment method.

WHEN YOU WIN

Fee refunded

Your challenge fee is returned in full with your first funded-stage payout — automatically, no request needed. It rides along with the payout itself.

IF THE PLATFORM BREAKS

Error adjustments

Simulated results affected by manifest platform or data errors can be recalculated or adjusted under the Terms. Outages and fixes are documented in the transparency report.

Trading is hard and most people lose. We'd rather say it here, in our own words, than have you find out with money you couldn't afford.

RISK DISCLOSURE · IN FULL

          1. Every account is a demo account with virtual funds — no real trading occurs and virtual balances cannot be withdrawn.

          2. Rewards are contractual payments from our own funds — not returns on an investment.

          3. Your fee is at risk: objectives are demanding, many participants do not pass, and outside the Refund Policy the fee is non-refundable.

          4. Simulated results have inherent limitations and are not indicative of live trading or future results.

          5. We are not a broker and not regulated as an investment firm — investor-protection schemes do not apply. Taxes on Rewards are your responsibility.
